· Mont Tremblant
Mont-Tremblant Resort is one of the most popular ski resorts in Eastern North America. There are fourteen ski areas, including the largest night skiing area in the world; Saint-Sauveur Valley. The resort is a four season destination; come here for swimming and its golf course in the summer. Throughout the year there are plenty of events on offer, from a jazz festival to a bike race through the mountain.

· Mirabel
Learn more about apple picking or pick your own apples at Verger du ruisseau. The orchard offers apple juice tastings and educational days.

Intermiel offers a glimpse into the world of bees. Take a tour of the facilities and sample meads or other honey products. There is also a mini farm and picnic areas on the premises.
Hundred year old sugar shack Domaine Magaline takes their visitors to the shack by sleigh or horse-drawn wagon, depending on the season. There is also a guided tour provided.

Parc Régionale Bois de Belle Rivière is a beautiful park that offers a range of activities. Look out for the 132 bird species while bird watching or spend the day on the lake. Horticulturalist Ronald Leduc designed the gardens and the forest. In the spring, visit the two sugar shacks located in the park.

· Saint-Eustache
Explore the southern area of the Laurentides by way of the La Vagabonde bike route. The route, 20km (12.5mi) paved trail between Saint-Eustache and Oka Provincial Park, takes you through orchards, hills and several small quaint towns.

Parc national d'Oka is full of history, as you travel the path of the Calvaire d'Oka. The park is located not far from the Montreal area and offers a variety of educational and recreational activities.

· Mont Laurier
Learn more about the town of Mont-Laurier on a walk as a guide explains the history and shows you the must see sights. The tours are available in July and August.

The local Exhibition Hall has a range of art on display from the region. A guided tour will take you around and explain the history of the works and even the creative techniques behind them.
