Chemainus
A favorite destination for visitors to the island, this charming seaside village is a jewel in the Vancouver Island crown. In 1982 the people of Chemainus invited internationally known artists to use the town as a canvas, and today more than 35 murals and 13 sculptures illustrate the town’s history.
