The Historic Fishing Village of Steveston will sparkle with lights as it celebrates the holiday season.  Join the caroling procession as it makes it way down the festively decorated main street.  The procession will be lead by the Steveston Community Society hayride.  At Fishermans Park, in front of the Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site, enjoy the seasonal sounds of Christmas carolers.  The fun continues the next day with the arrival of Santa Claus by boat.  Join the crowds gathered to welcome Santa at the public wharf, next to the Bayview pier.  Santa will then walk with the children to the Gulf of Georgia Cannery where he will be available for free picture taking, make sure to bring your camera!
