Robertson’s Trading Post
A grocery store with a very original twist. Fresh produce and dry goods are surrounded by an amazing display of museum-quality artifacts. The original owners have been collecting, displaying and selling local aboriginal art and crafts since opening in 1967. Featuring such rarities as one of the last authentic birch bark canoes in existence; antler carvings beaded moccasins, jackets, and mittens as well as birch bark bitings and paintings. Many items are for sale, some are on for viewing – visitors and locals call Robertson’s the museum of the north!

This unique stop provides visitors the opportunity to view and purchase Saskatchewan-made products including birch bark bitings, moccasins, paintings, wood carvings, wild rice, and moose hair tuftings.
