Banff Gondola
An eight minute gondola ride whisks you up Sulphur Mountain to an elevation of 2,281m (7,486ft.). The upper terminal viewing deck offers the only 360 degree view of Banff, the Bow Valley and surrounding Rocky Mountain peaks. Motorcoach parking, interpretive area, restaurant options and gift shop.
Banff Park Museum National Historic Site
This natural history museum is one of the oldest in Canada, showcasing a comprehensive collection of Rocky Mountain history dating back as early as 1860. Housed in an elegant 1903 building, the surroundings are as grand as the collections themselves.

The Cave and Basin National Historic Site of Canada
Explore a real cave! Guided tours available to enjoy the site’s amenities, including birding, springs filled with colourful algae and small fish, picnic facilities, interpretive displays and many hiking trails. Naturally occurring, warm mineral springs can be found inside the cave, and outside in an emerald coloured basin.
Lake Minnewanka
The Lake Minnewanka valley offers some of the most interesting and spectacular scenery found anywhere in the Canadian Rockies. Lake Minnewanka Boat Tours offer a 1.5 hour tour to learn about the mountains, the early explorers who named them and the tremendous forces that created them.
