Ferryland
Visit the Colony of Avalon Archaelogical Site and view the archaeological dig that is uncovering artifacts from the early 1600s. Ferryland is the site of Lord Baltimore’s Colony in the early 1600s. A stroll through the Gentleman’s Garden, the Herb Garden and the 17th century Kitchen will bring you back in time. The Interpretation Centre has an onsite lab as well as a display area for preserved artifacts found at the site.
