Located at Johnson & Wales University, the Culinary Archives & Museum is devoted to preserving the history of the culinary and hospitality industries. This internationally renowned collection houses more than 500,000 items spanning five millennia of history, it’s often referred to as “the Smithsonian Institute of the Food Service Industry.”
