This major shopping and dining attraction in the Quechee area is a favorite among groups. Vermont Institute of Natural Science Nature Center
Located just 1/4 mile west of the Quechee Gorge along Rte. 4, the VINS Nature Center features one of North America’s most impressive collections of live raptors, including hawks, eagles, owls, and other birds of prey. The center also features walking trails along the Ottaquechee River, educational programs such as VINS’ signature program, “Predators of the Sky”, and a nature shop.
