Three city blocks of Canada’s oldest surviving warehouses restored into shops, restaurants and a boardwalk on the waterfront. Vehicles prohibited.
The docks here were the centre of Halifax’s thriving sea trade for more than 200 years. Smugglers and pirates were an everyday part of waterfront life.
