Mount Carleton Provincial Park
This is one of the crowning glories of New Brunswick’s untouched natural sites. A large wilderness park at the foot of the highest peak in the Maritimes, Mount Carleton (2700ft) offers hiking, birdwatching, canoeing, trout fishing, camping and more.
Note: The whole Appalachian Range Route is extremely scenic, particularly in the fall.
