The Hartland Covered Bridge
At 390 metres (1,282 feet) long, it’s the longest covered bridge in the world. Built in 1901, it is a significant historical attraction and will celebrate its 110th birthday in 2011. The bridge is not accessible to motorcoaches, but passengers can walk across and be met by the coach on the other side.

Covered Bridge Potato Chips is nestled in the heart of potato country in the picturesque Saint John River Valley. Located in Hartland New Brunswick, home of the longest covered bridge in the world, lies an old fashioned kettle chip company with old country taste and tradition. Every batch is cooked with care, one at a time, to ensure the best flavour and texture.

Mactaquac Generating Station
The largest hydroelectric generating station in the Maritime provinces. The dam, which raised the water level almost 40 metres, is a rock-filled structure with a watertight clay core. On a guided tour you’ll learn about the powerhouse with the turbines and generators, and how electrical current is transmitted.
