Saint John, on the Bay of Fundy, is located at the mouth of the St. John River and the Bay of Fundy.
The New Brunswick Museum, Canada’s oldest continuously operating museum is located in Market Square. Visit the Hall of Great Whales.

Also, Brunswick Square and Market Square Festival Place both offer many fine restaurants and unique shops. Market Square hosts outdoor entertainment throughout the summer. The Saint John City Market, operating since 1785, is a must-see in the heart of the city.

Reversing Falls - A natural phenomenon where the massive tides of the Bay of Fundy force the St. John River to churn, tumble and turn upstream through a rocky gorge. A Visitor Information Centre, gift shop, theatre and restaurant welcome tours.
Reversing Jet Boat Rides
Offering bike rental, scenic Saint John Harbour boat tours and jet-boat rides. The only company authorized to navigate in the Reversing Rapids with jet boats designed especially for the rapids and exceed all Transport Canada safety standards. We have a ratio of 1 captain/12 passengers.
Rockwood Park – Lily Lake Pavilion - DayTripping
In the heart of Saint John is one of Canada’s largest municipal parks with 26 km (16 mi.) of trails in an 890-ha (2,200-acre) park of natural beauty. Camping, non-motorized trails, horseback riding, 10 fresh-water lakes, canoe, kayak, paddle boat rentals, rock climbing and geo-caching programs. Lily Lake Café and DayTripping (outdoor activities & rental company) located at Lily Lake Pavilion.
The Loyalist House, Cherry Brook Zoo, Saint John Jewish Historical Museum, Barbour’s General Store and the Carleton Martello Tower National Historic Site are also worth a visit.
Harbour Passage is a safe walking, running and biking trail which connects the north side of Saint John to the uptown along the water. Interpretive structures and panels offer a truly unique way to discover our rich and layered heritage as well as our own natural environment and is a symbol of our progress, renewal and pride.
Irving Nature Park, “The Saint John Eco-Tourism Site” - A special part of the Fundy Coast and a haven for wildlife. See birds, seals and more just minutes from downtown Saint John. Limited access for large motorcoaches.

The Water Street Dinner Theatre operates Thursday - Sunday from Steamers Lobster Company on Water Street and Phoenix Dinner Theatre is housed in the MAC Music & Arts Centre on Exmouth Street. Both are located uptown.
